Collection methods notes:

1 5 minute passive drool into sterile container
2 OCR-100 buccal swab collection kit, or if not available, two sterile COPAN FloqSwab swabs
3 28mL collected using EDTA, serum and Heparin collection tubes. Processed into plasma, buffy coat, serum, blood clot and dried blood spot
4 Dried blood spots were created from venous blood samples and finger prick samples (if venous blood collection was refused)
5 Up to 30 mL spot urine sample
6 Two locks of hair (approx 4 mm total diameter) cut close to the occipital scalu, under the crown
