1 A stool sample is collected at time of CF diagnosis (prior to enrolment into study), and will be requested (where possible) every 3 months throughout the first year of life.

2 Nasal swabs are taken at clinic visits. Additional swabs obtained at home if the child has respiratory symptoms.
