SEHQ: School Entrant Health Questionnaire

The SEHQ is a parent report instrument administered by the Victorian Department of Education and Training through the Primary School Nursing Program. It is distributed during the first year of school. Embedded within the SEHQ are the Parents Evaluation of Developmental Status (PEDS) and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) instruments. https://www.education.vic.gov.au/about/research/Pages/reportdatahealth.aspx
